Investing in your mental health is one of the most empowering steps you can take. Our rates are designed to reflect the personalized and expert care we provide.
Individual Therapy: $150 per 50-minute session
Couples Therapy: $225 per 75-minute session
Group Therapy: $50 per group session (rates may vary depending on the group)
If you have financial concerns, we encourage you to reach out to discuss potential options.

We are in-network with the following insurance providers:

Virginia Medicaid
If your insurance is not listed, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. We’re happy to provide a superbill upon request to help you with the reimbursement process.

Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions will be charged the full session fee. If an emergency arises, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Therapy Options
We offer flexible therapy options to meet your needs. In-person sessions are available in Arlington, VA, and teletherapy services are provided online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
Teletherapy is available for residents of Virginia, Arkansas, Florida, and Washington, DC. All you need is a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.
Whether you choose in-person or online therapy, you’ll receive the same high-quality care and support tailored to your journey.
